Village play
Each village has an official quest giver who posts rotating boards and helps villagers train through ranked quests.
A senior sohei and archer who looks forward to teamwork—after a good power nap.
A high-ranking ninja and founder of the Women's School of Ninja Arts, who enjoys teaching the tricks of the trade.
A senior scholar, happy to ramble about studies and old mentors—then get everyone back on track with village business.
A renowned sake brewer and part-time theatrical artist who welcomes villagers to hone their craft and lift the village higher.
Rotations
Each rotation runs for the full calendar month — from the first day through the last day. The site tracks the current month automatically. Quest givers refresh village boards at the start of each month. Take quests from your home village; you can still assist neighbors when a deed calls for it. Every quest lists its quest id (for example Q00001) on the boards below. Live boards are at the top of this tab (jump to boards).
Progression
Each character has their own quest rank—a lifetime village-quest EXP total on that OC. Completing a quest awards that tier's EXP toward quest rank and the same amount of OC XP to each party member who earned it. You also gain reputation per the table. Each tier lists cumulative EXP to reach it and what one completion pays.
| Rank | Total EXP | Per quest | Reputation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rookie | 0 | 45 EXP | +15 |
| Normal | 225 | 60 EXP | +20 |
| Bronze | 825 | 80 EXP | +25 |
| Silver | 1,650 | 100 EXP | +35 |
| Gold | 2,850 | 125 EXP | +40 |
| Platinum | 4,100 | 155 EXP | +50 |
| Diamond | 5,350 | 185 EXP | +60 |
| Ace | 6,850 | 220 EXP | +75 |
| Ultra | 8,400 | 260 EXP | +85 |
| Hyper | 10,200 | 300 EXP | +100 |
| Master | 12,000 | 345 EXP | +115 |
| Grand Master | 14,200 | 390 EXP | +130 |

Checking sign-in…

The title and paragraph on the village quest boards for your quest id are the brief—your RP or art should carry that setup through to a satisfying outcome. You can fulfill it through roleplay, art, or both; there is no separate writing track. If you signed up as a party, your submission must be collaborative: one shared RP log or one collaborative art piece where the party completes the quest together (everyone who should earn EXP appears in that work). Turn your work in through Pokimono; mods review your submission and rewards apply automatically once it is approved.
Q00001) in the quest id field. Tie your work to the title and story text on the boards for that id. When mods approve, quest rank EXP, OC XP, and reputation apply automatically.[Quest] Quest Title or [QB] Quest Title in your submission title, notes, or the Discord post cover line mods ask for.Common questions
Quick answers about sign-up, the queue, and how village quests work this rotation.
No. Each member gets one active sign-up at a time. Finish your current quest and have mods approve your submission before you queue another — you can still complete several different quests in the same calendar month. If you signed up by mistake and have not started, you may withdraw on the form above instead.
On this page, open your home village in the village quest boards and find your quest id. The title and the story text under it are the brief your submission should answer. While a sign-up is in progress, Profile → Quests shows that same paragraph under the listing for this month.
Yes. More than one party can queue for the same quest during the rotation. The public list shows who is signed up. If you are coordinating with another group, use your queue note in Pokimono so everyone knows the plan.
Sign-up uses your character's home village board only—the quest you pick must match that village. Story prompts sometimes let you help a neighbor in play, but the deed you queue is always from your own giver's board.
Only if at least one character in your party already meets that quest rank. Otherwise choose a quest at or below your lead character's rank. Higher ranks pay more EXP because they are harder—see the rank table above if you are unsure where you stand.
Until the last day of the current calendar month. Rotations start on the 1st and end on the final day; Pokimono follows that schedule automatically. Boards refresh at the start of each month with a new batch of quests. Submit in Pokimono before the month turns over unless mods say otherwise in announcements.
Choose solo or party when you sign up. A party is up to 4 approved characters from the same home village. Use the character search to add anyone on the roster—not only your own OCs. When you turn in the quest, party runs need collaborative work: one RP log you play together, or one collaborative art submission where the group finishes the prompt together. Everyone who should earn EXP must be covered by that shared submission.
Not to join the queue. Sign-up is public and immediate. After you finish, submit in Pokimono and mods review that submission. Once approved, quest EXP and rewards apply automatically—no separate manual payout step.
The limit is one active sign-up per member at a time, not per character. You can run a party with multiple of your OCs from the same village on that single sign-up, but you cannot queue a second quest until the first is finished and approved.
